This Privacy Policy explains how LUGAH Mobile, published by Irshad Ugas, handles information when you use the LUGAH app and related services.
Information we collect
We may receive account information you provide, such as your email address and profile details. We also receive learning progress, game results, and account settings needed to provide the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription payments. LUGAH receives the transaction information needed to verify access and maintain your Premium entitlement. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
How we use information
- Provide and improve lessons, vocabulary, games, and account features.
- Verify purchases and maintain subscription access.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Children
LUGAH is intended for users age 13 and older. A person under 13 may use LUGAH only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and may not independently create an account.
Data choices and deletion
You may request account deletion from the app’s Settings screen. Deletion may be subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
