These Terms of Use apply to your use of LUGAH Mobile, published by Irshad Ugas. By using LUGAH, you agree to follow these terms.
Using LUGAH
You may use LUGAH for personal, lawful learning purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person’s account.
Age requirement
LUGAH is intended for users age 13 and older. A person under 13 may use LUGAH only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and may not independently create an account.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
- Annual: $59.99 per year after a 3-day free trial.
- Monthly: $9.99 per month with no free trial.
Apple will charge the applicable amount when the trial ends or when a monthly subscription begins. Trial eligibility, billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s terms and App Store rules.
Account deletion
You can request deletion through Settings in the LUGAH app. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction history.
Updates and termination
We may update these terms as LUGAH changes. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
