Common Premium help
- Use Restore Purchases if you already subscribed.
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s subscription settings.
- Purchases are currently available only on iOS.
When contacting support
Include the email on your LUGAH account, the device you use, and a short description of the problem. Do not send your Apple password or payment-card information.
Privacy and account requests
Read our Privacy Policy or use the account deletion option in the app’s Settings screen.
